What is FABM?

FABM means watching your body's signs to find your fertile days. The main sign is cervical mucus. FABM can help you try for a baby or not get pregnant. It can also help a doctor find cycle problems.

What this app does

You answer a few short questions each day. The app tells you if today is likely fertile. Right now the app uses the Two-Day Method.

What this app is not

• It is not birth control
• It does not take the place of a real teacher
• It cannot tell you when you ovulate or if you are pregnant
• Your answers stay on this phone. We never see them.

Free for everyone

This app is free. No ads. We built it for women who use Title X family-planning clinics. Anyone can use it. Grants and the RRM Foundation pay for it.
